General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description, it appears that you could be having erosion of gastric mucosa due to frequent vomiting.
Kindly take Tablet. Domperidone with Pantoprozole combination 30 minutes before intake of food on empty stomach in the morning.
If you feel nauseous and vomit again, you need to continue intake of Tablet. Domperidone for a maximum of 3 times a day.
Along with this, take Syrup. Sucralfate, which is a gastric protective agent, which helps to protect gastric mucosa and in healing ulcers or erosion.
Take semi-solid and liquid foods which are easily digestible. Strictly avoid intake of food which causes gastric irritation.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
